We are entering into unchartered grounds with mandating employees to get vaccinated. I asked this question a while back, “Does the rights of one trump a safe environment for many?”
It will be interesting to see how Work Safe reviews this.
Most Human Resource Specialists are running the other way from this question and referring it to Legal. It does look like this will be settled in a Court of Law.
