Our Six-Step Approach:

Step #1 – Corporate Pilosophies

Our first Objective is to determine your corporate philosophies on health and wellness issues. We discuss some of the more important aspects of a benefit plan with you.

Step #2 – Client Needs

Our second Objective is to thoroughly review and fully understand our client’s needs.  Depending on your motivation for marketing the employee benefits, we could also approach your existing carrier(s) to give them an opportunity to provide better rates and appropriate coverage’s.  We would approach the insurance companies that would be best suited to offer flexibility, quality benefits, and value for your dollar.

Step #3 – Insurance Companies

We would compile all data, whether for a market survey or a review of existing benefits from the insurance carriers. We work mainly with, but are not limited to the following companies:

Step #4 – Detailed Analysis

We incorporate your objectives and complete a full and detailed analysis and offer our recommendations to you.

Step #5 – Implementation

Should you decide to proceed with our recommendations, we will prepare all applicable administrative forms and applications and work with the insurance company to ensure a smooth transition. We would offer our expertise in conducting employee meetings to facilitate discussions about the benefits and answer all questions.

Step #6 – Ongoing Review

To better assist in managing your Employee Benefit Program we meet with the plan administrator Quarterly to review the claims and the administration of your group.

We will work with your plan administrator and the insurance carrier to implement any changes while providing assistance in managing the employee benefits.

Commission Structure:

We find that our clients enjoy the simplest method of handling compensation, which is allowing the insurance companies to pay us their standard commissions.
