What does Remembrance Day mean to you?
As I have mentioned several times, I live a very blessed life and I can’t say that war crosses my mind very often. This is a day that I like to give thanks to all of the soldiers that have allowed me to continue to live this amazing life. My greatest wish is that in the very near future, there is no need for soldiers or war.
For those who choose to show support I have included the information from Castanet on the places and time to attend the Remembrance Day ceremonies.
The Canadian Government has created a site that speaks to the History of Remembrance, which is a closer look at Canada’s military history from the South African War to the present.
