I have heard lots of jokes about the Crossfit Cult. I call it a Community, one that supports each other in and out of the box (our name for gym). Recently one of our fellow members had a serious workplace accident and left him a paraplegic. Not just our box but several boxes have held competitions and raised funds to help this amazing young man on his road to recovery.
With all that’s happened last week in the world, let us not forget that there is still a lot of good out there.
