My question is “Are you doing everything you can to control your benefit costs?”
As a diligent broker representing Employee Benefits, the complaint I hear the most when I go in to see a client is,
- Why are my rates so high?, or
- Why do they keep increasing?
Last week I published a post here titled: “Are We Doing Everything We Can to Control our Benefit Costs?”
Here is the rub, only one person opened it in LinkedIn and I believe that one person was the Manulife Representative, and that would be because I used the Manulife card as the picture.
Now I know dear reader that we are all so very busy in these times of transition, and we are each charged with being conscious of the “bottom line”. Effectively managing the cost of your employee benefits can indeed have a very positive impact on your expected profits.
So my question to you remains the same as last week;
“Are You Doing Everything You Can to Control Your Benefit Costs?”
