Empire Life has a new portal that will provide the same features plan members know and love and introduce some new features:
- A sleek new look and feel
- Enhanced security and fraud controls including multi-factor authentication* and the requirement to submit receipts and/or related documents with every claim
- Instant registration for the portal— plan members no longer need to wait for their effective date to access their benefit card
- New and improved access to benefit balances
- “Find a Provider”, which is now integrated into the claim submission process, so members can search for providers when submitting a claim
- Dependants’ details, which are now accessible on the Profile page
- Mobile-friendly design, so plan members can visit our portal on any device
These are to name a few of the new features. The Empire Life mobile app is now available on your preferred mobile app store.
