As my clients know I enjoy supporting them in more ways then just with their Employee Benefits, which is why I call myself a Resource Specialist. I have taken on some really interesting projects over the years.
I recently was asked by an Employer if I could assist in putting together a survey so they could get a better understanding of what benefits are important to their employees . As you can imagine, asking employees what benefits they want could end up with some interesting answers. So I am working with Melody White with Integrated Talent Solutions Inc. to create this specialized survey.
I envision a survey that will ask the goals of the employees and their families. How do they see themselves achieving these goals? What support could an Employer give them to work towards their goals. This could come with answers as diverse to more time off, help with Daycare, eyeglass coverage, parking spaces, education, saving for retirement, budgeting, etc.
Once the survey is completed, I would be happy to assist any of my clients through the survey process and changes to help meet the goals of the company and employees.
