Starting September 1, 2020 group plan members with Empire Life health benefits will have access to telemedicine by Teladoc Health. This benefit will be embedded in your Group Benefit Plan under the Extended Health Care at no charge to you the client.
What is telemedicine?

And with no travel time or time in the waiting room, it may help reduce the growing problem of absenteeism that many employers face.”
At first I was unsure about this benefit and the value of it. I now see how amazing this could be if you or your child are sick and you can get the advise you need from the comfort of your own home. It will also minimize the exposure to other people who aren’t feeling well.
